Group Training sessions

As a committed basketball trainer, my #1 priority is results—no exceptions. Every program I run is built to help athletes become more confident, skilled, and game-ready. As a parent, you want your child to succeed and rise above the competition. When an athlete fully commits, my training system will deliver exactly that.
Players with the following traits
We love working with players that have these 2 main traits: a love for the game and a desire to get better. Improvement is inevitable for athletes that carry these 2 traits while buying into our training philosophies. Halfway committed players and players that have a slight interest in basketball can still improve through my program but their results come slower and are less dramatic than those that have unquestionable dedication to our process.

At Ness Basketball, we believe real progress happens through consistent effort, accountability, and practical training that directly applies to game situations.
Routine Training Builds Skill
Structured, consistent practice helps players form strong habits that translate into reliable performance during competition.
Accountability Promotes Growth
We encourage athletes to take ownership of their progress by tracking effort and improvement both in and outside of training.
Game‑Focused Instruction
Our drills and coaching cues are designed to transfer directly to actual game situations, preparing players for competitive play.
Growth Fosters Confidence
As players see concrete improvements in their skills, their self‑confidence builds — helping them perform with poise and leadership on the court.

Elite Basketball Skills Training in a Structured, Focused Environment
Our group basketball training program offers high-level, technical instruction in a consistent and disciplined setting. Each session, players train for one hour at a set time, with intense, skill-specific basketball instruction that sets the tone for the entire week. This focused environment promotes real, measurable growth for every athlete.
Hoops Journal – Player Accountability and Basketball IQ Development
During every session, athletes are required to document their key takeaways in a Hoops Journal, helping them understand not just what to work on, but also how to apply it during real game situations. This builds ownership, awareness, and basketball IQ—crucial traits for long-term development.
At-Home Drills and Skill-Specific Homework
To accelerate progress outside the gym, players receive a detailed homework plan of basketball drills tailored to their individual needs. These drills are designed to target and improve weaknesses each week. At the start of each session, players are tested on their at-home work to ensure continuous improvement.
Group Basketball Training with Daily Progress Tracking
For those enrolled in our group basketball classes, daily development tracking is mandatory. Players log their progress in the Hoops Journal and align it with our basketball academy’s weekly goals and homework plans. This holistic approach ensures long-term growth and transformation on and off the court.
After completing the form below, I'll be in touch to set up a brief call.
The goal of this call is to learn more about your child’s strengths, current challenges, and basketball goals so I can determine how our private basketball training program can best support their development. If it’s the right fit, we’ll move forward with an evaluation session. If not, I’ll recommend another program or academy that may be better aligned with your child’s needs.
