Who are we?

The ONLY thing I care about in any of my programs is results, point blank period. My goal is for each and every single one of my clients to become a more confident and capable basketball player. You as a parent want your child to succeed and to stand out among their peers; my training programs will ensure that this is the case.

How does my program work?

Technical Training in a focused environment
Every week we will train on a set date at a set time for 1 hour; this session will be very intense and skill oriented and will set the tone for the rest of the week.

“Hoops Journal” to understand each session
Players will be required to record what they learned during the session and how they will be able to implement it during real game situations. (Your child takes ownership of his/her own improvement process).

At Home Drills (Homework)
Players will be assigned a DETAILED homework plan in order to improve on their weaknesses from week to week and they will be tested on this homework at the beginning of every session to ensure that progress is being made.

Daily accountability to ensure progress
Players will be required to note how their improvement is coming along in their Hoops Journal, with regards to our weekly sessions as well as our homework plans.

Monthly Report Cards
Players will receive a monthly report card based on my evaluations of their progression in the program. This combined with their own self evaluation will give them a clear cut picture of where they stand in their own development

Game evaluations (analysis of how my training is translating to your child’s on court success)
Players will fill out evaluation forms following their games. The benefits of this are twofold: the better your child understands their own performance, the better they can make improvements and adjustments. The better I understand how they are performing, the more I can customize our workout sessions to target the exact areas that we need to focus on.
