Each session, players train for one hour at a set time, with intense, skill-specific basketball instruction that sets the tone for the entire week. Hoops Journal – Player Accountability and Basketball IQ Development
During every session, athletes are required to document their key takeaways in a Hoops Journal, helping them understand not just what to work on, but also how to apply it during real game situations. This builds ownership, awareness, and basketball IQ—crucial traits for long-term development.

At-Home Drills and Skill-Specific Homework
To accelerate progress outside the gym, players receive a detailed homework plan of basketball drills tailored to their individual needs. These drills are designed to target and improve weaknesses each week. At the start of each session, players are tested on their at-home work to ensure continuous improvement.

Group Basketball Training with Daily Progress Tracking
For those enrolled in our group basketball classes, daily development tracking is mandatory.
